What does iGentitY cost?

iGentitY is $29, $49 or $79 a month, for 1,000, 2,500 or 4,500 credits. Every generation costs credits and the cost is checked before anything runs. New accounts start with 300 free credits, and paying yearly saves about 20%.

What are the plans?

Paying yearly works out at $23 a month on Starter, $39 on Pro and $63 on Business. Each brand account is fully separate — its own content, assets, connections and credits.

What is a credit worth?

Credits are the unit everything is priced in. They are bought in packs rather than at a per-credit rate, and packs do not expire:

What does a post actually cost?

Stills are cheap and video is not. A single image is a handful of credits, a carousel is a few dozen, and a spoken video runs to two or three hundred. If you are watching spend, images and carousels are where the volume is.

Every figure covers one straight run. A longer carousel, an extra round of edits or a re-roll costs correspondingly more. You see the exact number on the post card before anything is generated, broken down by step, and the breakdown stays on the card afterwards.

Editing is much cheaper than generating. Swapping the music on a finished video costs a few credits, because no frame is re-rendered.

Each video format can be produced by more than one AI model, and you choose which under Account Settings → AI Models, with each option's cost and typical time shown beside it. The default everywhere is the fastest and cheapest. Changing the setting only affects future runs — nothing is re-billed or re-rendered.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-post?

The work stops before spending anything. You are told what the generation needed against what you have, and nothing is silently half-made or partly charged. The post stays where it is and can be picked up again after topping up.

Why does my download have a watermark?

Downloads on the free tier carry a watermark. Upgrading to any plan removes it.
